Yes, we are very mindful about our environment. Clay, glazes and the whole process that goes into creating our ceramics is environmentally friendly.
The glazes of the Essential Collection are selfmade. In doing so, we pay attention to sustainable and toxin-free ingredients.
We only use eco-friendly materials to package your new ceramics.
We do not offer any workshops at the moment. Our kilns are in operation all the time, so unfortunately, we can’t make them available to you.
If you live outside the EU and would like to order ton·ami ceramics, we are sure we can find a solution. Feel free to contact us!
If you are ordering to the UK or countries outside the EU, you may be charged for import duties. We have no control over these taxes and therefore do not apply them to your order.

Unfortunately, if you really want to return your new ceramics, we can’ t pay the return shipping costs.
As long as the pottery arrives unused and in its original, new condition, we will gladly take it back and promptly refund the amount of money you paid.
